Everything You Need to Know
Do you take advance payment for custom orders?
Yes. We require a 50% non-refundable advance payment to begin the design and production process. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the outfit before delivery or pickup.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind after placing an order?
No. Since all our outfits are custom-made, we do not offer refunds once the design process has started or the dress has been delivered.
Can I make changes to my design after placing the order?
Minor changes before production starts are possible without extra charges. Once production begins, changes may incur additional costs and extend the delivery timeline.
How long will it take to receive my custom outfit?
The timeline depends on the complexity of the design, fabric sourcing, and any changes requested. We will share an estimated completion date when confirming your order.
Do you offer fittings?
Yes. We schedule one fitting for each custom order. Additional fittings requested due to design changes may incur extra costs.
What if my outfit doesn't fit properly after delivery?
Minor alterations requested within 7 days of delivery can be done at a reduced cost (if they don't involve major changes). After 7 days, standard alteration charges will apply.
Do you accept returns or exchanges for sarees?
We only accept returns/exchanges for sarees in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items. Sarees under the "Special Price" section, or those with fall, pico, tassels done, or blouse detached, cannot be exchanged.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Email us at yellowsprinkles.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with images of the defect (if any).
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, delivery charges depend on your location. You can also choose to pick up your order from our designated pickup point. We only charge for our custom designer outfits.
Who owns the rights to the designs?
All designs and sketches created by Yellow Sprinkles remain the intellectual property of our brand. We may showcase completed outfits on our platforms unless you request otherwise in writing.
Do you stitch blouses?
Yes, we do stitch blouses.
Can I choose my own fabric and embroidery?
Yes. You can select your preferred fabrics, colors, and embroidery details during the design process. Any changes to materials after production starts may incur additional costs.
Will my design remain exclusive to me?
We respect our clients' requests for exclusivity. If you want your outfit to remain a one-of-a-kind piece, please inform us during the design stage.
How can I share my measurements?
You can send us your measurements in two ways:
- Visit a nearby tailor to get accurate body measurements and share them with us.
- Use our size chart for online orders if you prefer a standard size.
