Return / Exchange Policy

Special Price Products

No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the product falls under the 'Special Price' section.

Saree Exchange Restrictions

Sarees cannot be exchanged if fall, pico, or tassels are done, or if the blouse is detached.

Returns for Defects

Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect items.

Please note that our products are handwoven and delicate. As the fabrics are pure, each saree requires very careful handling. Hence, returns and exchanges are offered only in extreme circumstances.

Return/Exchange Request Process

Your return/exchange request should be sent only via email to yellowsprinkles.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your shipment, along with corresponding images of the defect (if any).

Exchange Conditions

Saree(s) can be exchanged within 24 hours from the date of delivery subject to:

  • The saree is returned unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • The original invoice must be produced at the time of the request for exchange.
  • We do not accept packages from any courier other than Blue Dart.

Company's Right to Decide

The company reserves the right to decide if the saree is in the condition for exchange. This decision shall be final and binding.

Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears to have been tampered with, please do not accept such parcel and do not open the package.

Refund Process

Yellow Sprinkles will initiate the refund process for incorrect or defective products to your bank account (bank details required) within 10 to 15 working days.

Credit Note Option

The amount for items once bought will not be refunded. You can either exchange the product or receive a credit note which can be used to purchase another product.
